Suddenly change your mind? No problem. You have up to 2 business days to contact us to cancel any custom order and have the amount refunded to your credit card. After 2 days custom orders are non-refundable. Custom orders include all furniture lines, personalized or monogrammed items, Bella Notte Linens®, House Inc. and Maddie Boo bedding lines, Maura Daniel and Jamie Young lighting and anything else that is made to order.
