Select the colors, sizes and any customizations from the product page. Click the “add to cart” button and the item is automatically placed in your shopping cart. Some items may have additional shipping charges due to their size, weight or special handling requirements. These additional costs ensure that the items are packaged appropriately and arrive in perfect condition in your home. Any additional charges will be noted for each item on the product page.
Once you have everything in your shopping cart, enter any promotional or coupon codes, select gift wrap for any desired items and then proceed to checkout. You can choose to sign in as a registered member of Layla Grayce or continue shopping as a guest (signing in will allow you to track the progress of your shipment and is recommended). If you are a returning member, you will have access to your address book and stored information once logged in. Choose your Shipping Method, add a note with any Special Instructions and complete payment via Gift Certificate redemption or Credit Card Payment. The final step of the checkout process is to review your order, agree to the Terms & Conditions and click on the "Place Order" button. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction and an email version of this summary will be promptly sent to the email address you provide.

Note that your credit card will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping cart. If you receive notice that an item or items are backordered, you can opt to cancel the order and your card will be refunded. Also note that custom made items must be cancelled within 2 business days.
