Pine Cone Hill Giveaway + Annie Selke’s Happy Layla Grayce Room Design!
Happy almost-weekend, design fans! I’m Annie Selke, founder and designer of Pine Cone Hill, Dash & Albert Rug Company, and Annie Selke Home fabrics. For nearly twenty years, I’ve been searching all over the globe for the most inspiring ideas to translate into fun, functional, and fabulous bedding, rugs, sleepwear, table linens, and accessories. Since we’ve got a case of the winter blahs here in the Northeast, I really want to think spring and start shopping for bright, perky products that give a generous dose of happy to the home! I am LOVING the persimmon/tangerine/orange (2012 Pantone tangerine Tango) color in the lamp and how it looks with the Happy yellow rug… I may be a year behind the trend but I am in LOVE with that color and currently trying to figure out how to incorporate it into my family room/kitchen!

I love the mix of bright colors in those sheets! I’m interested in trying more with yellow this spring and summer – it’s a great color, and you can use it from spring through fall.

We moved into a new home last August. I have decorated the whole house except one bedroom. I LOVE all the bright, spring time colors. We now live on a lake and this would make a part of the home be like Spring the whole year.

I love the collor pallet…have already decide to work with a similar yellow and summery green! They are lovely…fresh and bright. These sheets remind me oc why I love spring!!

I am going to put fresh green colored rugs (either Thyme Ticking or Birmingham Green from Dash and Albert) in my kitchen. Green is such a soothing and happy color to me.
